Our offering.

We offer a prix fixe menu of small plates, entirely comprised of plants sourced from our bioregion. We re-imagine the cuisine of our country, Cascadia: an alternate universe created within the borders of our kitchen. We are nostalgic for its past and pay tribute through our modern interpretation of its traditional fare, which only exists in our imagination.
